How to Place a Custom Order
Send Us Your Design & Order Details:
Browse our product categories and select the clothing type you'd like customized (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies).
Email us at info@apparelsyard.com with your design files, the type of clothing, quantities, and any other specific instructions.
Receive a Confirmation Email:
Once we’ve reviewed your design and order details, we will email you a confirmation along with the payment options.
Payment Process
Bank Transfer:
We will provide you with our bank details via email. Please complete the payment and send us a confirmation or receipt.
PayPal:
We will send you our PayPal information. Once you’ve completed the payment, notify us with your Order ID for verification.
Note: We will only start manufacturing once the payment is confirmed.
Delivery
We aim to ensure that your orders are delivered quickly and securely, no matter where you are.
1. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-5 business days.
Standard Shipping (International): 7-14 business days.
Express Shipping: Available for both domestic and international orders at an additional cost. Delivery time is 1-3 business days for domestic and 3-5 business days for international orders.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
2. Order Processing
Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
3. International Delivery
We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Delivery Costs
